These terms apply when you use the Sterling Pet Care website and when you book our services. By doing so, you agree to them.
Our services
Sterling Pet Care provides drop-in pet visits and walks, overnight house sitting, and specialized care across the Denver Metro area. Specific services, scheduling, and pricing are confirmed during your consultation and in your service agreement.
Consultations and quotes
Consultations are free. Prices shown on this site are starting points. Your final rate depends on your pet, the length of the stay, and any care you add, and we confirm it with you before any service begins.
Pet health and safety
You agree to give us accurate information about your pet, including medical needs, medications, and behavior. Our specialized care sitters are trained vet techs or animal health professionals, but they are not a substitute for your veterinarian. In an emergency, we act on the plan we set up with you, seek veterinary care promptly, and contact you right away. You are responsible for veterinary costs unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Pets we cannot accept
For the safety of our sitters and your pet, we do not take on pets with a history of biting or aggression toward people.
Your home
For house sitting, you agree to provide safe access to your home and accurate instructions. We treat your home with care and handle agreed tasks like mail, plants, and lights during the stay.
Liability
We are licensed, insured, and bonded, and we take every reasonable step to keep your pet and home safe. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
